ANGI Energy Systems (ANGI), a Vontier (NYSE: VNT) business, proudly announces that Senior Vice President of Commercial, Jared Hightower, has been elected as an At-Large member of the Executive Committee for The Transport Project.
Formerly known as NGVAmerica, The Transport Project is a leading coalition dedicated to the decarbonization of North America’s transportation sector.
Jared Hightower, a 28-year veteran of the natural gas and hydrogen industries, brings his extensive experience in compressed natural gas (CNG), renewable natural gas (RNG), and hydrogen solutions to the committee. Having served on the Board of Directors for over a decade, Jared’s leadership and vision will further accelerate The Transport Project’s mission to drive the transition towards cleaner, more sustainable transportation solutions across the continent.
In his current role at ANGI Energy Systems, Hightower has been instrumental in driving innovation within the CNG, RNG, and hydrogen refueling sectors. His appointment to the Executive Committee reinforces ANGI’s position at the leading-edge of environmentally friendly mobility solutions.
The Transport Project’s national coalition, comprising approximately 200 fleets, vehicle and engine manufacturers, fuel providers and other stakeholders, aims to leverage gaseous motor fuels, such as hydrogen and RNG, to significantly reduce emissions and improve air quality across the U.S. and Canada.
